Policies:
- All fees stated above are NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE once paid.
- EXPAT student fees must be paid in full for the year .
- Rochelle’s accepts payments via cheque made payable to ‘Rochelle’s ECE Ltd’ LINX or bank transfer. Please see administrator or request via email our bank account details
- If your child is leaving Rochelle’s before the end of the school year, you must notify the administrator via email and principal verbally a term in advance to your child leaving.
Registration Process (APPLICATIONS CAN BE MADE AS SOON AS YOUR CHILD IS 6 MONTHS OLD):
- Call a day in advance to set up an appointment to view the school (viewing times are between 9.00am-11.00am Monday to Friday.)
- To secure a place at Rochelle’s for your child the registration fee will be required and an original copy of your child’s birth certificate presented for us to photocopy and keep on file.
- An online registration form will be emailed to you for completion once registration fee is paid.
- An online medical form and milestone questionnaire will be emailed to you for completion closer to the time your child is starting.
- An appointment will be set up closer to your child’s start date for assessment. On this day please bring: a recent passport size photo of your child, their original immunization card for us to make a photocopy and copies of photo ID of any guardians that may be dropping off or picking up your child for our files.
